On this snowy night making cookies is the best decision, not the easiest, but the best. Like what kind do we make? How many? Do I really need 10 batches of this? Should I eat all of them? With the recipe you may not want to share but be a good role model to your kids and share with them!
What you will need!
- 1 cup of butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tsp of vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2¼ cups of flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- ¾ cup of unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
Lets get started!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Cream together the butter and sugar, add the vanilla and eggs. Beat until combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the last mixture and beat until a dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet. (Parchment paper is optional)
Bake for 8-9 minutes!
