Hello foodies! I missed you. With my spring break being crazy, my week back wasn’t great either. I have dealt with migraine after migraine which really hurt my cooking skills. I ate cereal for all three meals one day… TRAGIC! But I can thank my mother for this wonderful recipe that gets me going and reminds me of home. It is a quick and easy recipe but also so delicious! Also you know what it goes amazing with? Cornflake potatoes. That recipe will be posted next so stay tuned for one of the best dinners to cook your family! Ready to get back into gear and cooking? What you will need!
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tsp or more of Panko Italian breadcrumbs
Let’s get started!
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Once you prepare the chicken, arrange it on a baking sheet. (Put on top of foil)
Mix the mayo and cheese together then place on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the mixture.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
